　謹啓

  時下益々ご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。また、本工事が「利用者の立場や利用者主体（メイン）」を考慮すれば「行政として利用者への事前の説明責任（計画前の段階）と同時に利用者への対案措置の提示案（期間等の利用者への配慮）があって然るべきところ一方的に決定された」ことに対して、皆様のお声を届けるべく為に、「本法人の会長が皆様の代弁者として松崎市長にお届けし、約３０分間に亘るお話し合いを致しました。今回の期間に関しては業者次第でしたが、他の内容は皆様のお声を松崎市長は重く受け止めた模様（石田生涯部長を含め）」でした。ご署名にご協力を賜り誠に有り難うご座居ました。さて、舞浜屋内プールの天井工事等に伴い平成２７年１０月１日～平成２８年７月中旬予定の間の活動が制限されますことを冒頭よりご協力をお願い申し上げます。皆様には暫くの間ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、各クラスには支障のない様に近接場所の代替案を決め、最適な施設の精査を致しましたので、下記の通りご案内を申し上げます。極力ご希望に応じたいと存じますので何かご座居ましたらご相談を賜れましたら幸甚です。

  　　「平成２７年１０月１日～平成２８年７月中旬予定の活動体制のご案内」

１－①．９月２９日（火）（１月分）→４月２８日（火）分としてご参加して下さい（午後７時クラス対象）。

１－②．９月２９日（火）（１月分）→７月２１日（火）分として参加して下さい（全クラス対象）。

※午後７時クラスの残り１回分は振替又は特別振替（会場費及び消化期限は不要）

２．９月２４日（木）（１月分）→４月３０日（木）分として参加して下さい（全クラス対象）。

３．現在、１週間の各ご指導の日時を緻密に調整し、過日より個々にご希望をお

　　尋ねしております。また、休館中のご希望を賜っていない方々は「９月中」

　　に、ご希望の日時を個々にご相談の上にて設定させて頂きます。

４．日程の設定は、９月中に各々の方々に直接ご案内致します。

５．平成２７年１０月～平成２８年７月の１０ヶ月分は「各月分３回」としてご

　　利用して下さい。各クラスの日程は、当方で決定致しますので予めご了承下

　　さい。

◎辰巳プール　　辰巳駅より徒歩１０分（無料送迎バスあり）

Dear Sirs/Madams.

  Recently, increasingly, happily, it'll be glad. This construction was "a chairperson of this law person reported it to Mayor Matsuzaki as everybody's spokesman and did the exchange of talking which lasts for about 30 minutes. I caused everybody trouble for a while, but the substitution plan by which a trouble is an approach place as I don't have that was decided in each class and the most suitable facilities were probed, so I tell about a guide as follows. I think I'd like to meet your request to the utmost, so if there is something, give consultation, oh, if it's done, I'm very happy.

「Account "guide of the activity system which is a schedule at the middle of October 1, 2015-July, 2016"」

1-,(1). Please participate as a minute on Tuesday, April 28 (for 1 month)-> on Tuesday, September 29 (7:00pm class target).

1-,(2). Please participate as a minute on Tuesday, July 21 (for 1 month)-> on Tuesday, September 29 (all class targets).

※ For once of rest in a class is transferred at 7:00pm or it's transferred especially (The meeting place cost and the digestive time limit areunnecessary．）

Please participate as a minute on Thursday, April 30 (for 1 month)-> on Thursday for 24 days per 2.9 months (all class targets).

3. I'm adjusting the date and time of each guidance for 1 week closely and am asking you your request each than the other day at present. The person who doesn't give the request which closes will set it as "by the end of September" in the top with which you're consulting about the date and time you're wishing each.

4. I'll guide each person setting of a schedule directly by the end of September.

5. Please use one for 10 months in October, 2015-July, 2016 as "3 times of each month part". I'll decide about a schedule in each class by us, so please accept it beforehand.

◎ Tsukishima pool  Yuurakuchou line  Tsukishima station for 1 minute on foot.
◎ Narashino pool  New Narashino station  1 minute on foot
◎ Tatsumi pool  (There is a free shuttle bus) for 10 minutes on foot more than Tatsumi station.
※ There is also a possibility with the change in the time by the convenience by which it's for a meeting place.
